Deborah Chew is the Principle and Founder of Americana Consulting LLC. Ms. Chew has over 25 years of business experience in law and real estate. Ms. Chew personally oversees all aspects of the company’s acquisition, operations and investment development/redevelopment programs to help our investors acquire premium trophy assets and thrive in long term investment strategy.

Americana manages a portfolio in the Western United States of premium retail assets from San Francisco, San Jose, and Los Angeles to San Diego.

Chew is a licensed California real estate broker and a licensed California attorney. Ms. Chew received a Bachelor’s of Law degree (Honors) from the National University of Singapore. Ms. Ms. Chew is proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
